Lauren writes a weekly online wine column for the Village Voice called Unscrewed and she also has a blog called Chasing the Vine.
Despite making it as a successful Manhattan lawyer, Lauran was unintentionally drawn into the fascinating world of wine. Initally working at Gilt Taste in their wine group start-up, she spent nearly a year building the wine team and wine collection and wrote the content for their product pages and food pairings. Off the back of her success at Gilt, Lauren decided to pursue wine writing permanently and now writes freelance and for a weekly online wine column for the Village Voice called Unscrewed. She also has a blog called Chasing the Vine, which has been nominated for Best New Wine Blog of the year and Best Photography on a Wine Blog by the American Wine Bloggers Association.
